Return & Chargeback Policy

Thank you for shopping with iExpressIt. We appreciate your support and want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. Please review our return and chargeback policy carefully before completing your order.


1. Made-to-Order Items

Most iExpressIt products are made to order. This means each item is produced once your purchase is confirmed. Because of this process, we ask that you review your selections carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy in size, color, and design.


2. Personalized Items

Products that are personalized or custom-made (for example, items with names, specific text, or unique design requests) are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except in cases of verified defect or fulfillment error.


3. Returns & Exchanges for Non-Personalized Items

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned in their original condition

To initiate a return or exchange, contact support@iexpressit.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization if eligible.


4. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost.


5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 days for processing after your return has been approved.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take fraudulent disputes seriously.
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact iExpressIt directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized or invalid chargebacks may be considered fraudulent activity. Fraudulent disputes may result in account restriction, reporting to payment networks, and legal action to recover losses and associated fees.

All orders, tracking details, and communications are documented to support investigations in such cases.


7. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with iExpressIt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Chargeback Policy along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
